Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged we replace it free, and if you simply want a different saree you can ask for a paid exchange.

If your order arrives damaged

You get a free replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item.

What we need

• A complete, unedited parcel opening (unboxing) video showing the first opening.
• Your request within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item unused, unwashed and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• The item must pass our quality inspection.

What it costs

Nothing. Royal Jaipur Drape covers the return pickup and the shipping of the replacement.

Paid product exchange (your choice)

Our sarees are free size, so there is no size exchange. If you would like a different saree instead of the one you received, you can ask for a paid product exchange.

What it costs

• Exchange fee: INR 300 per product. This covers the return pickup of the original saree and the delivery of the replacement.
• Price difference: if the saree you choose costs more than the one you bought, you also pay the difference.
• Both amounts are paid in advance. The exchange starts only after we receive the payment.

Conditions

• Request within 7 days of delivery.
• Allowed once per order, per product.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging.
• Subject to the replacement product being in stock.
• The replacement is dispatched only after we have received the original saree and it has passed our quality inspection.

How to request a product exchange

1. Contact our support team by phone or WhatsApp on +91-63504 21330, or email royaljaipurdrape@gmail.com, with your order number and the saree you would like instead.
2. We confirm that the replacement is available and tell you the amount to pay: INR 300, plus the price difference if any.
3. Pay the amount in advance using the payment details our support team shares with you.
4. Email the transaction ID and your order number to royaljaipurdrape@gmail.com.
5. We arrange the return pickup of the original saree.
6. Once we receive it and it passes quality inspection, we dispatch your replacement.

Quality inspection

Every returned item is checked by our team. We have the right to reject an exchange or a damage claim if the item:

• has been used, washed or worn,
• has its tags removed,
• is damaged, dirty or stained, or
• has been mishandled in any way.

Slight variations in colour and brushwork are natural in hand-painted sarees and are not treated as defects. Colours may also look a little different on your screen.

Refunds

Royal Jaipur Drape does not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed, except when:

• the product is unavailable, including when a replacement for a damaged item is out of stock,
• a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled, or
• we decline a product exchange request before the pickup, after you have already paid for it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

International orders

International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order cancellation

Please review your order before placing it. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. If you need help, contact us as early as you can and we will assist where the order has not yet been dispatched.
