Refund Policy

Royal Jaipur Drape is an exchange-first store. We refund money only in the few cases listed here.

When you get a refund

Royal Jaipur Drape does not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed, except when:

• the product you ordered is unavailable, including when a replacement for a damaged item is out of stock,
• a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled, or
• we decline a product exchange request before the pickup, after you have already paid for it. In this case the amount you paid for the exchange is refunded.

When we do not refund

• Change of mind after the order has been placed. You can ask for a paid product exchange instead, for INR 300 per product within 7 days of delivery.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. These are covered by a free replacement, provided you report them within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
• International orders, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Refunds are completed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
• If a Cash on Delivery order cannot be fulfilled, no payment has been collected, so there is nothing to refund.

Order cancellation

Please review your order before placing it. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. If you need help, contact us as early as you can and we will assist where the order has not yet been dispatched.

How to ask about a refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. We review your request and confirm whether it qualifies.
3. If approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method.
